Rohana Awang has more than 16 years of experiences in the field of sales and marketing in Information Communication and Technology (ICT) and training industries in local and international markets. Her main responsibilities and functionalities are providing leadership and management to the sales team while facilitating strategies for revenue growth and profitability. She has strong ability in developing a strong sales team and persistently reaching the markets through hard works, product knowledge, presentations, corporate images and customer service standards. |
Her tasks require her to possess strong quality in client relationship, partner relationship, presentation skills and product knowledge to manage various customers’ and partners’ characteristics and behaviors.
She was graduated from International Islamic University (IIUM) in Bachelor of Economics and since then being involved in the marketing and management activities in many reputable and well known organizations. She has undergone through professional sales and marketing trainings from certified training organizations besides experiencing personally the challenging sales and marketing phases throughout her career in the marketing and business development field.
She has endless passions for her challenging business development and entrepreneurship activities with the main objectives of capturing revenue and profit for the company’s growth and sustainability while at the same time growing with the people.
Her strong motto in the business activities is ‘It is not easy, but it is not difficult, pause sometimes but keeps going and sky is the limit”. She is determined to grow with Bostonweb to the next level.
