Dr. JP Huang, Managing Director of China USA United Education Ltd. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JPI Group of Companies, a Beijing based company for project investment and development.  Dr. Huang founded the company in 1988 and JPI has become one of China’s major private investment and development conglomerates in the areas of education, agriculture, food products, chemicals, telecommunications, environment and social security.


Often referred to as a representative of China’s emerging private entrepreneurs, Dr. Huang locates project opportunities, develop project concepts and organize resources to implement the projects.  His holding company, with its subsidiaries in five major concentrations, usually serves as the platform for such project development and investment.

Prior to founding JPI Group, Dr. Huang worked for the Government of China, first as its representative in the United Nations Organizations in Vienna and then as the Executive Assistant to Premier Zhao Ziyang.   With this experience at the start of China’s reform, Dr. Huang was very instrumental in helping formulating some of China’s first open door strategies and reform plans, especially in the area of international investment and trade.

At JPI Group, Dr. Huang is responsible for developing strategic alliances with major resources providers required for project goals and manages the strategic development of JPI subsidiary companies.  Dr. Huang also serves as consultant to some multinationals and international government agencies for their China efforts, which has been JPI’s core competence since its founding.  In 2002, JPI Group reported a staff of 160 with over USD 120 million in consolidated revenue. Dr. Huang is a frequent speaker on issues involving China business development and operations.  Dr. Huang holds a Ph.D. in economics from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.

Dato' Howard Choo Kah-Hoe, a globally adroit banking guru is most well-known for his valuable contributions in the local and international finance industry, most particularly during the years of his leadership in DBS or the Development Bank of Singapore global organizations, where he performed key roles over the decade.

The launch of his internationally acclaimed career in the banking field kicked off with a management role in Kwong Yik Bank, (1980) which is now recognized as RHB Bank Berhad. He moved his way up the banking ladder as he made name in the performance awards for excellence in corporate banking.

His career was taken to a significant pinnacle during an over-a-decade employment with DBS (formerly known as the Development Bank of Singapore) where he performed manifold responsibilities among several outposts within DBS global organization. He was the Country Head and CEO for Malaysia in DBS Labuan from 1995 to 1999; became the Deputy President and Executive Director for DBS Thai Danu Bank PCL, a subsidiary of DBS Bank Singapore; then performed dual role namely Managing Director, Country Manager & Chief Representative for the KL office while also being a Chief Representative for the DBS Bank Ltd., Myanmar Representative Office. It was during this stretch when he had established career-wise and industry-wise milestones, one of which was the setting up of the DBS Labuan offshore branch, which eventually made it to the top 5 offshore banks in assets and profit growth. Moreover, he got engaged with Malaysian infrastructure financing projects which included MAS 777 aircraft financing, MISC, Tenaga Dollar loans, Petronas, GOM, Telekom, etc. He even got appointed to Bank of Thailand as one of the executive decision panel under the Thai nationwide debt restructuring framework. Specifically, he implemented business repositioning and growth strategies, and rolled out an enterprise banking model in Thailand.

His most recent company affiliation would be with NHG-Huafu Commodities (M) Sdn. Bhd and NHG-Huafu Futures & Options Sdn Bhd where his roles were Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Director.

The finance wiz’s scholastic background also reveals a great deal of competence and excellence in the academe. He carries a degree in Company Administration from Sheffield Hallam University (formerly known as Sheffield Polytechnic) and MBA in Financial Management from the University of Wales and Manchester business schools. He holds professional qualifications in the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK (ACIS), Institute of Administrative Management (AInstAM) and Fellow of the Institute of Commercial and Industrial Accountants, Malaysia (FCIA).

Dr William Chong Wee Leong. He is currently an Adjunct Professor for United Business Institute, Belgium. He has a Doctorate in Philosophy from Trinity University, USA. His track record includes developing the online learning and content development system for Online programs with various universities in USA, Europe and China.


He also has an extensive experience in managing educational schools and colleges and developing international collaborations with various American, Europe, UK and Australian Universities. He has a great ability to develop business relationship between Asian Universities and foreign Universities such as placement, on campus and off campus enrollment. Among his achievement is leading the Baoji Vocational School in China where he has more than 16,000 student enrollment for various education programs.
